Day 469 ~ On the Lighter Side

On the lighter side...

The sun was shinning with gusto today.

On the lighter side...

Flowers are still in bloom at summer's end.

On the lighter side...

Beautiful music is being played.

On the lighter side...

Life is being savored.

On the lighter side...

Children are playing.

On the lighter side...

Friends are laughing.

On the lighter side...

Someone is kissing the one they love.

On the lighter side...

Life is beautiful.

On the lighter side...

I am smiling.

[here's to you finding your... ]

Peace...

Thanks for posting this, Carla. This is perfect timing. I also posted something on my blog about optimism :).

It's really hard for me to find the silver lining in each cloud, but I am trying.

A beautiful poem! It is so important, yet so easy to forget, to be mindful of the lovely things in life. We should all set aside time each day to consider the simple beauty around us; whether it be the sunset or the laughter of a child.

Thanks for sharing,
Marcia

After a long day, that was a lovely post to read. With as crazy as things get lately it's nice to have a reminder that there are still wonderful things happening around you.
