Day 272 ~ Here's to 100 Years of Dunking!

Today I must take the time out to wish a very dear, old childhood friend.  One that has always been there for me.  Through thick and thin.  Moments of glory and at times of sadness... I always could count on you!  This is not an ordinary birthday either...

A Very Happy 100th Birthday

I don't know about you, but in my life... one way or another, the Oreo has always been around.  If the Oreo wasn't at my house, then for sure you could find it at any of my friend's kitchen.  There were a few of my friends that kept theirs in the freezer, however most kept their Oreos in the kitchen pantry.

Needless to say, as the years went by... at one time or another you would probably find some Oreos in my pantry.  It has been like a tradition passed on from one generation to the next.

Ahh... the memories of the first dunk in a cold glass of milk!

Cheers!

Blessings to all!!

93 days to go...

PS... for a, l & c.  You are my sunshine(s).

Wow, turns out we have a mutual friend :). But if it weren't for you, I would never have known about Oreo's birthday. I can't believe it... 100 years? I will never outgrow Oreo.

I cannot even begin to tell you how much I love oreos! Did not know though that they are a century old- well now I do. Now off to look for some to eat :)
